A neighbourhood clinic, in the same shop lot since 2005.

Klinik Pergigian Setia is a specialised dental care centre at Medan Idaman, on Jalan Gombak. It opened in 2005 and has been treating families from the surrounding neighbourhoods ever since.

Dr. Anantbir graduated from the College of Dental Surgery, Manipal, one of India’s most prestigious dental colleges, qualifying in 1994. She continued her practice in Chandigarh before moving to Malaysia.

She then served with the Malaysian government for two years, at Sarawak Hospital from 1997 to 1998 and Seremban Hospital from 1998 to 1999, and has attended many FDI and Malaysian Dental Association meetings and courses since. She opened Klinik Pergigian Setia on Jalan Gombak in 2005.

How we work

Careful, unhurried, and explained as we go.

You see the same small team each visit, so nothing has to be explained twice. We tell you what we can see, what it will take to fix, and what it will cost, before we start.

Regular check-ups

A six-monthly look and clean catches problems while they are still small and cheap to treat.

Prevention first

Sealants, fluoride and good habits, so children and adults avoid fillings altogether where possible.

Proper treatment

Root canals, crowns and braces done here, not referred elsewhere unless it is genuinely better for you.

Plain answers

No jargon and no pressure. Ask anything, and you will get a straight answer about your options.

The clinic

Open seven days, including Sundays.

Most dental clinics close at the weekend. We do not, which matters when a tooth starts hurting on a Saturday afternoon. We also keep room in each day for emergencies.
